Pick Up Times
2:00pm St Kilda pick up - Palais Theatre, at the entrance (under cover)
2:30pm Melb CBD pick up - Vibe Savoy Hotel, corner of Spencer st & Little Collins st, across the road from Southern Cross Train Station (under cover)
3:15pm Melb Airport pick up - PARK ROYAL Hotel, Bus & Coach Pick Up Zone between hotel and Terminal 2 (under cover)
Pick Up and Drop Off Policy
You must be waiting at the designated pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the designated pick-up time each and every day of the trip. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are visible to the The Snowy Shuttle driver. If a The Snowy Shuttle driver is not easily able to locate you at the designated pick-up location at the designated pick-up time, we reserve the right to depart without you and you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking, resulting in a full fare forfeiture.
Luggage Policy
There is limited luggage storage available on our trips, please do not bring excessive luggage with you. Each person is permitted to bring:
1 medium-sized bag
1 pair of skis and/or 1 snowboard with board bag (must be out of bag for secure stowage on bus ski racks)
1 pair of ski boots and 1 pair of snowboard boots
1 small backpack
Excessive luggage may be stored with your accommodation provider. Any inappropriate luggage presented on the departure day may result in refusal to board and a full fare forfeiture.
Accommodation
It is your responsibility to book accommodation for this trip separate to your booking with The Snowy Shuttle. The Snowy Shuttle will only pick up and drop off customers accommodated in the town of Bright VIC. The Snowy Shuttle takes no responsibility for customers who have not booked their own accommodation or accommodation outside of Bright VIC.
Lift Pass
Due to COVID19, the ski resorts are operating at a reduced capacity and all Lift Passes MUST be purchased prior to entering the ski resorts. It is your responsibility to book your own lift pass either through The Snowy Shuttle website as an 'optional extra' OR online through the Falls Creek and Mt Hotham lift pass websites.
